AAP / McCusker-Gill secured this remarkable office & laboratories project – known as 74M – in the heart of the Middlesex bio-tech district in Boston, Massachusetts for CASWELL FIRESAFE® Fire Resisting Ductwork.

McCusker-Gill is the leading HVAC Sheet Metal Contractor in Boston and their President Kevin Gill Jr. was recently named SMACNA 2023 Contractor of the Year and commended for his drive to promote technological innovation. As you can imagine this is a huge honour in the USA and it is gaining a lot of media attention.
